We want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, our Exchange & Return Policy is here to help.


1. Can I exchange an item I purchased?

Yes, we offer exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of purchase. All exchanges are handled via courier, as we currently operate as an online-only store.


2. What are the conditions for an item to be eligible for exchange?

To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused and in new condition
  • Have all original tags intact
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation

Note: Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.


3. Can I exchange an online purchase in-store?

We do not have physical retail locations at this time. All exchanges must be processed through our website. To initiate an exchange, please follow the steps outlined in our Returns & Exchanges section.


4. Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, eligible returns will receive store credit in the form of a coupon equal to the item’s value. This coupon:

  • Can be used immediately or saved for future purchases
  • Is valid only on our online store
  • Will include terms and conditions printed on it for reference

5. Can I return an item if I simply changed my mind?

Yes, if you’ve changed your mind, you may return the item for store credit (excluding shipping charges), as long as:

  • The request is made within 14 days of the original order date
  • The return item must be purchased at full-price (no discounts or non-sale) and meets our exchange policy and eligibility criteria

6. How are sale or discounted items handled?

Items purchased on sale or at a discount rate are generally not eligible for exchange. Exceptions may be made for valid reasons (e.g., wrong or defective item received), though processing times may be longer than usual.
